Who we are...

The KayLeo Project is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation formed in 2020 as a response to the COVID 19 pandemic’s economic impact to the nonprofit sector. We are a professional group of designers and writers who dedicate our free time and resources to providing Graphic Design, Web Design, Website Optimization, Content Development, and Organic SEO services to those who need us.

The pandemic launched us into a fully digital society. We are here to help clients overcome the challenges of reaching potential donors and volunteers without having a specific product to market, the budget to hire professional services, and the technical capabilities to do so.

At the height of the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic, we witnessed multiple nonprofits struggle to obtain funding through their normal channels. Many floundered as they now had to reach a fully digital society, and compete for online ranking without a tangible product to market.

Before the pandemic, professional design and website services were out of reach for many organizations. The digital tools and capabilities needed to reach audiences continue to become more expensive and complex.

As the granddaughter of two World War II veterans – Captain Kathryne (Kay) Sirbaugh (née Wilson), an Army Nurse – and First Lieutenant Leo Paul Sirbaugh, a B-24 Liberator Pilot and Distinguished Flyers Cross recipient – our President & Founder couldn’t turn a blind eye to the struggles of so many wonderful organizations dedicated to helping those in need. A veteran herself, she founded The KayLeo Project on the core principles of bravery, dedication, and service before self.

The KayLeo Project is made up of tenured professional designers and writers for the corporate world – we discovered we could do the most good by fully dedicating our resources to building, enhancing, and restoring the social footprint of struggling nonprofits. We put our horsepower behind nonprofits who need help overcoming the challenges of reaching their audience in a complex digital world – and then we teach them how to maintain it….
